We were honored to mark the debut EP of Yin Yang Audio. The stateside producer has since blossomed into a truly formidable force in the experimental bass realm. He returns once again to Onset with a 5 track offering of cinematic dystopian production. 'Return To Baseline' is a sprawling expedition from the rain-soaked cyberpunk streets of the megalopolis to the rusted wreckage of the irradiated wasteland.
"Massive echoes overtake Return To Baseline, Yin Yang Audio’s latest for the ever-consistent Onset Audio imprint. Experimental bass and explosive, chugging rhythms, “Radiated” opens with a vengeance—its glitch and “rain-soaked cyberpunk” in full force. Within only five tracks, the stateside producer extracts infinite illbient-industrial realms and textured bass motifs (“Brazen Gamma”) as “Within Cells Interlinked” dives into ethereal and atmospheric dark (and emotive) tones to break the ice midway through. Dystopian sound worlds are culled on “From Substance To Dream,” a scorched electrical disturbance that’s both glitchy and unrelenting as “White Fountain” dives a few hundred kilometers into the Mariana Trench—its smudged low-end and sonar-sound escape is a powerhouse not to be missed. Return To Baseline is a riveting behemoth of heavy bass, bleeps, and distortion. Recommended for fans of Einóma, Gridlock, Scorn, Traject, and Phonem."

Whoever rights the album descriptions is amazing. no review I write could ever compare to the way the words are assembled for each release. It's unique and its something lacking from many labels. I'm sure it keeps fantano up UbiSoft Presents: Tom Clancy's BANDCAMP

The bad man from Sardinia once again proves he can take people by surprise. While staying true to his style, he incorporates flavours and elements I've never heard in his work before. RUFIGE! Big up Mauro, you boss x Alegria
